- Program size of material and length of each cut
- Adjust air vises for thickness of material
- Press start
- material moves forward to the programed length
- air vises clamp
- saw head travels down to cut through the material
- saw head returns to starting position
- air vises release
- material is then pushed forward to the next programed length
